Behavioral Health/Wellness: Gundersen Behavioral Health has integrated traditional behavioral health treatment with mental wellness at the Healthy Living Center. Joe Bodnar, LPC, and Holly Walters, LPC, expand the concept of mental health treatment to include healthy lifestyle, physical health and psychological health. Joe and Holly provide a full array of behavioral health and wellness therapy services at the Healthy Living Center a half-day each week. Call (608) 775-3644 for more information.

Sexual Abuse Counseling Services: GHS has integrated traditional behavioral health treatment with mental wellness at the Healthy Living Center. Rhonda Bryhn, MS, LCSW, provides therapy services for people impacted by sexual abuse looking to address the impact of the abuse in their therapy treatment. There is no charge for these sessions. Teen Skills Group: The Healthy Living Center's Teen Skills Group provides a safe, supportive environment in which teens with various ethnicities, genders, orientations, social classes and abilities are empowered to learn and practice various social, problem solving, personal effectiveness and emotion regulation skills, under the guidance of experienced Gundersen Health System psychotherapists, in a positive and structured environment.

Wellness in Early Parenthood: Individuals 1 week – 1 year postpartum who are established in outpatient therapy for addictions and mental health treatment and are seeking additional support with their recovery efforts while adjusting to life with a new baby. An 8-week group program for those who have given birth and are adjusting to the transition into parenthood.
