Teen Skills Group: The Healthy Living Center's Teen Skills Group provides a safe, supportive environment in which teens with various ethnicities, genders, orientations, social classes and abilities are empowered to learn and practice various social, problem solving, personal effectiveness and emotion regulation skills, under the guidance of experienced Gundersen Health System psychotherapists, in a positive and structured environment.

Trauma Sensitive Yoga: Connect with others, learn to trust and to feel safe in your own body, and practice mindfulness in this yoga practice. Trauma Sensitive Yoga is for adults, ages 18 and up, who have been impacted by sexual abuse. Sessions are free and led by a licensed therapist and certified yoga instructor. No prior yoga experience is necessary and accommodations will be provided. Wellness in Early Parenthood: Individuals 1 week – 1 year postpartum who are established in outpatient therapy for addictions and mental health treatment and are seeking additional support with their recovery efforts while adjusting to life with a new baby. An 8-week group program for those who have given birth and are adjusting to the transition into parenthood.
