Easy strawberry banana smoothie
Serves 1
Ingredients
- 1 banana, sliced
- ½ cup strawberries
- ½ cup Greek yogurt, plain
- 1 tsp. honey
- 4-5 ice cubes
Preparation
Place all ingredients in blender. Pulse and blend until combined. Enjoy!
Optional: add ground flaxseed or chia seeds for extra fiber, cinnamon or vanilla extract for flavor, or milk and/or more ice until desired consistency is reached
