Ingredients

  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ⅛ tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 large cucumber, deseeded and coarsely chopped
  • 6 cups coarsely chopped cantaloupe
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro

Preparation

In a large bowl, whisk together lime juice, salt and pepper. Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat. Chill until serving.
