MyCare makes managing your health easier

Gundersen Health System is making it easier for patients to access care through MyCare, our secure online patient portal.

Whats New?

Expanded appointment scheduling

You need to be on MyCare to take advantage of these great services. If you're not a MyCare user, it's free and easy to get connected.

Sign up today

Even when the clinic is closed, MyCare allows you to schedule an appointment online 24/7 with a healthcare provider that you've seen in the last two years in:

  • Family Medicine
  • Internal Medicine
  • Pediatrics-Onalaska
  • Pediatrics-La Crosse
  • Ob/Gyn
  • Center for Women

Review notes from your appointment

If you're a MyCare user, 18 years of age and older, you can now read the notes that your healthcare provider has written to describe your clinic appointment.*

Get lab results sooner

Lab results will now be shared on MyCare the day after they are finalized, rather than two days later.

Coming Soon

  • E-visits for all patients, from the convenience of home
  • Online wait lists that will notify you when an appointment becomes available so you can be seen earlier
  • E-registration so you can start the registration process via MyCare before your visit

*Gundersen Health System healthcare providers are encouraged to share Appointment Notes in MyCare; however, it is not a current requirement. Appointment Notes from Behavioral Health, Emergency Services, Urgent Care, ExpressCare and hospital stays are not included.
