April 1 is National Walking Day! How will you celebrate?
Get out and take a walk! It can be a long walk or a short walk, a fast walk or a slow walk. Just get out and move your body in any way you can. While we have all been spending a lot of time at home, as we should, it is incredibly important to get outside! Fresh air is great medicine for our mental and emotional health. Soak in the sun and fresh air, enjoy the sound of flowing trees and chirping birds, or pop in your headphones and listen to some music or a podcast. Although we are unable to gather for a group walk, you are still able to head out with your family or those you live with practicing social distancing. Use this time to focus on YOU, have fun and feel good.
