Makes 4 (½ cup) servings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 2 cups vegetable stock (or water)

Preparation

Place both ingredients in slow cooker. Turn on low and cook for 4-6 hours or until quinoa is light and fluffy.

May need to add additional liquid toward the end of the cooking process. Use cooked quinoa in other recipes, or freeze in 1 cup servings for another time.
