Walnut lettuce salad

Makes 1 serving


  • 4 romaine leaves, chopped
  • ½ cup spinach
  • ¼ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 handful sugar snap peas
  • ¼ cup walnuts, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. raisins


Toss all ingredients in a medium bowl. Top with your favorite salad dressing.
