Ingredients

  • 20 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 ½ cups seedless grapes
  • ½ cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1 container low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. flaked coconut, toasted

Preparation

In a medium bowl, combine fruit and marshmallows. Stir yogurt into fruit mixture. Sprinkle with coconut.
