Oven roasted broccoli

Makes 4 servings


  • 2 cups fresh broccoli, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. fresh ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt, to taste


Preheat oven to 400° F. Place chopped broccoli on a cookie sheet. Pour olive oil over, and stir to coat. Sprinkle salt & pepper over broccoli; stir again to coat. Cook at 400° for 15-20 minutes, until crispy on the edge. Serve immediately.

Nutrition analysis per serving: 70 calories, 7 g fat, 1 g protein, 2 g carbohydrate, 1 g fiber, 150 mg sodium
