Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh broccoli, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. fresh ground black pepper, to taste
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt, to taste
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400° F. Place chopped broccoli on a cookie sheet. Pour olive oil over, and stir to coat. Sprinkle salt & pepper over broccoli; stir again to coat. Cook at 400° for 15-20 minutes, until crispy on the edge. Serve immediately.
