Ingredients

  • 1/2 head of medium cabbage, outer leaves removed
  • Canola oil for brushing cabbage
  • 1 Tbsp. dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 ½ tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • 1 whole green onion, minced

Preparation

Heat stove top grill or charcoal grill to medium high. Cut cabbage into 4 wedges without removing core.

Brush cabbage with canola oil, place on grill and cover. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side.

In a small bowl, combine mustard, vinegar, lemon juice and pepper. Add green onion and oil; stir until well combined.

Drizzle cabbage with dressing.
