Green grape salad recipe

Makes about 6 cups


  • ¾ cup light sour cream
  • ¼ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 lbs. seedless green grapes
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped pecans


In a large bowl, beat together first 3 ingredients until well blended. Fold in grapes until well coated. Fold in pecans. Refrigerate until serving.

Per ½-cup serving: 100 calories, 2 g fat, 1 g protein, 20 g carbohydrate, 1 g fiber, 20 mg sodium
