Citrus salad with poppy seed dressing recipe

Makes 1 serving


  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • ½ orange (or 1 clementine orange), peeled and cut into ½ inch pieces
  • 2 Tbsp. granola
  • 2 Tbsp. feta cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. poppy seed dressing


Add all ingredients to a bowl, and drizzle with dressing. Enjoy!
