Vegetarian Big Mac recipe

Makes 6 servings


  • 6 lentil-walnut burgers
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese*
  • Chopped onion
  • Lettuce
  • Pickles
  • Thousand Island dressing*
  • 6 buns, toasted*


Place one slice of cheese on each walnut burger while hot and place burger on bun. Layer with pickles, onion, lettuce and drizzle with thousand island dressing. Serve. Tastes like the real thing, but much healthier!

*NOTE: To make vegan, use vegan American cheese. To ensure gluten-free, use gluten-free dressing and buns.
