Tortellini with peas & alfredo

Makes 8 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 packages uncooked tortellini
  • 1 ounce prosciutto or other Italian sausage
  • 1 10-ounce package frozen peas
  • Easy alfredo sauce

Preparation

Cook tortellini according to package directions. You can do this ahead of time, and save in the refrigerator for 5-7 days.

Heat alfredo sauce in a medium sauce pan. Add cooked tortellini, prosciutto, and peas. Stir to combine. Cook until heated thoroughly; serve immediately.
