Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 (6 oz.) tilapia fillets
  • 2 tsp. ground cumin
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. ground red pepper
  • ¼ tsp. ground black pepper

Preparation

Preheat broiler. In a medium bowl, rub oil over fish.

In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over fish. Place fish on a broiler pan sprayed with cooking spray; broil five minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
