Spaghetti squash with red sauce and chicken sausage

Makes 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 spaghetti squash, cooked
  • 1 small yellow summer squash, sliced
  • 1 small zucchini, sliced
  • 4 low-fat chicken sausage links, sliced
  • 1 cup spaghetti sauce
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

Preparation

Cook spaghetti squash according to these directions. In a sauté pan heat olive oil. Add sliced zucchini, summer squash, and chicken sausage to brown. Add forked-through cooked spaghetti squash and spaghetti sauce and mix together over heat. Serve hot.
