Easy oven-baked chicken breast

Makes 8 servings

Ingredients

2 lbs. chicken breast, boneless, skinless
1 Tbsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
½ tsp. sea salt
½ tsp. group pepper
1 Tbsp. butter

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking oil. Place raw chicken breast in baking dish. Mix herbs, paprika through pepper, in a small bowl. Rub the chicken breast with the mixed herbs. Take the butter and cut then into small pieces and place on top of the chicken breast. Bake seasoned chicken breast in pre-heated oven for 30-45 minutes (when an internal thermometer read 165 degrees F). Then serve with balance sides such as brown rice and roasted vegetables. Enjoy!
