Honey mustard and herb chicken thighs recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp. dried thyme
- ½ tsp. dried sage
- Dash of red pepper flakes (to taste – more if you like spice)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425. Add the chicken to a 9-inch square baking dish.
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, oil, mustard, garlic, and spices. Pour over the chicken in the baking dish and stir until evenly coated.
Roast the chicken in the oven until it has reached an internal temperature of 165, about 30-35 minutes. Remove the chicken from the oven, cover with aluminum foil, and let rest for 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
