Buffalo chicken wraps recipe
Makes 4 servings*
- 1 ½ cups fresh coleslaw mix
- ¼ cup coleslaw dressing
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- Hot sauce – do not use Tobasco (we recommend Frank's)
- 4 (8 inch) whole wheat flour tortillas
In small bowl combine slaw mix and dressing. Toss to coat. On flour tortilla, place ½ cup shredded chicken and sprinkle with desired amount of hot sauce. Top with 1/3 cup prepared coleslaw. Roll up and enjoy!
*The yield of this recipe can easily be adjusted. Plan for 1 tortilla, ½ cup shredded buffalo chicken and 1/3 cup coleslaw per serving.
