Makes six servings

Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 6 oz. whipped cream cheese
  • 12 green olives with pimentos
  • Red food coloring (optional)

Preparation

Peel eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and discard. Fill yolk holes with whipped cream cheese and press an olive into the cream cheese (to look like the pupil of an eyeball). For the final touch, dip a toothpick in red food coloring and draw broken blood vessels in the cream cheese.
