Ingredients

8 cups cubed watermelon
2 lb. strawberries, hulled and diced
4 cups blueberries
½ cup packed mint, chopped
½ cup fresh lime juice
⅓ cup powdered sugar

Preparation

Combine watermelon, strawberries, blueberries and mint in large bowl. In separate bowl, whisk together the lime juice and powdered sugar. Pour dressing over fruit and mix gently to incorporate. Refrigerate below 40°F before serving.
