Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk of your choice 
  • 4 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 2 tsp. maple syrup
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup raspberries

Preparation

Combine the milk, chia seeds, maple syrup and vanilla extract in a small bowl. Chill in the refrigerator overnight.

In four small dishes layer the berries and pudding.
