Easy vanilla maple chia pudding with berries recipe

Makes 4 servings


  • 1 cup milk of your choice 
  • 4 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 2 tsp. maple syrup
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup raspberries


Combine the milk, chia seeds, maple syrup and vanilla extract in a small bowl. Chill in the refrigerator overnight.

In four small dishes layer the berries and pudding.

Nutrition analysis per serving: 150 calories, 6 g fat, 6 g protein, 21 g carbohydrate, 10 g fiber,  75 mg sodium
