Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • ¼ tsp. garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp. onion powder
  • ¼ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  • ¼ tsp. dried oregano
  • ½ tsp. paprika
  • 1½ tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper

Preparation

In a small bowl, mix together chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt and pepper. Store seasoning in airtight container.

Use 2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. per 1 lb. ground beef or to taste.
