Makes 24 muffins

Ingredients

6 bananas 
3 eggs 
1 cup canned pumpkin 
3 cups whole wheat flour 
½ tsp. nutmeg 
½ tsp. cinnamon 
1 ½ tsp. baking soda 
2 tsp. baking powder 
1 cup pecans 
1 cup blueberries 
1 cup craisins

Preparation

Mash bananas. Add eggs and pumpkin and mix thoroughly. In a separate bowl, combine flour, nutmeg, cinnamon, baking soda and baking powder. Stir into moist ingredients. Fold into blueberries, craisins and pecans. Use non-stick spray to coat 24 muffin cups. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.
