
Pumpkin cheesecake smoothie recipe
Makes 3 servings
Ingredients
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup whole milk
- ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 tsp. sugar (optional)
- sprinkle of nutmeg
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients except the nutmeg in a blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into three glasses and garnish each with a sprinkle of nutmeg.
