Ingredients

1 tsp. grated turmeric root
1 tsp. grated ginger root
Juice of ½ a lemon
2 tsp. honey
8-16 oz. boiling water

Preparation

Add all ingredients to a mug and stir until honey dissolves. Allow to steep for a few minutes and then strain to remove the root.
