Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. dried dill weed
  • 1 tsp. dried parsley
  • 1 tsp. dried chives
  • ½ tsp. onion powder
  • ¼ tsp. ground black pepper
  • 2 cups lowfat plain Greek yogurt

Preparation

Combine garlic powder, dill weed, parsley, chives, onion powder and pepper in a bowl. Gently fold in the yogurt until combined, being careful not to over mix.
