Quick garlic hummus recipe

Makes 16 servings


  • 1 (15 oz.) can chickpeas, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ¾ tsp. ground cumin
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 2-4 Tbsp. water


In a food processor, combine all ingredients except water. Process, pulsing, until well combined. Add water until desired consistency is reached.
