Nectarine radish salsa recipe

Makes 16 servings


  • 2 ¼ cups diced nectarines
  • 1 ½ cups thinly sliced radishes
  • ½ cup chopped cucumbers
  • ¼ cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 2 tsp. chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 ½ tsp. sugar
  • ¼ tsp. salt


Combine all ingredients. Let stand for 30 minutes prior to serving.
