Ingredients

  • 1 fillo dough sheet
  • ½ cup whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 (8 oz.) round brie cheese

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350o. Prepare baking sheet or pie plate with non-stick spray. Unfold filo dough. Place cranberry sauce in center of filo dough. Unwrap cheese and place on top of cranberries. Fold filo dough up onto itself and place seam-side down in baking pan. Bake 20-30 minutes or until filo dough is browned. Serve with hearty crackers, apples and pears.
