Ingredients
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- ½ red onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 (14-oz.) can of black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup frozen corn, thawed
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. cumin powder
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Chill before serving.
