Ingredients

  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • ½ red onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 (14-oz.) can of black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup frozen corn, thawed
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp. cumin powder
