Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz. can) no salt added diced tomatoes, drained
- ¼ cup red onion, chopped
- ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 tsp. jalapeno pepper, minced
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ tsp. salt
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until the mixture reaches the desired consistency.
