Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz. can) no salt added diced tomatoes, drained
  • ¼ cup red onion, chopped
  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tsp. jalapeno pepper, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ tsp. salt

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until the mixture reaches the desired consistency.
