Program Purpose: This will provide evidence-based education to advance the clinical practice of sleep medicine in the inpatient setting. It also aims to promote the well-being of healthcare workers and improve patient outcomes.
Accreditation: Gundersen Lutheran Medical Foundation Inc. is accredited by the Wisconsin Medical Society to provide continuing medical education for physicians. Gundersen Lutheran Medical Foundation Inc. designates this live educational activity for a maximum of 7 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Gundersen Health System is approved as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the Wisconsin Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
An application will be submitted to the American Association of Sleep Technologists (AAST) for approval of credit for this conference.

If the La Crosse Sleep Medicine Symposium is postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of registration fees will be provided. Gundersen Medical Foundation Inc. will not be responsible for any related travel costs to the conference.
