*****************************************************************

In recent months, Gundersen Harmony Care Center has tested residents and staff who have had symptoms consistent with COVID-19. We also comply with Medicare's requirements for an ongoing testing schedule for staff and residents. Through this valuable effort, we have identified two staff persons testing positive.

Gundersen Harmony Care Center activated response mode immediately upon determining there is a positive case within our facility community. This is an important action to protect each other and to allow our staff person to heal and recuperate.  We will continue to do all necessary things to ensure the health and wellbeing of our community.

With actions like testing and isolating, along with your continued focus on masking, washing and distancing, we are limiting the spread of COVID-19 together. THANK YOU!
