Skilled Nursing Care
Gundersen Harmony Care Center is a 43-bed home, with both private and semi-private rooms. We are fortunate to have the Gundersen Harmony Clinic located within our building, providing our residents prompt access to medical care. Although we are a part of the Gundersen Health System, we maintain excellent relationships with the other hospitals and clinics in the area. These relationships allow for uninterrupted healthcare if you are a patient of a health system other than Gundersen.

Adult Day Care
Our Day Care Program for adults is a great way for an adult with care needs to socialize with others or maintain or improve his/her level of function. We provide physical and occupational therapy in-house, something that could be a useful combination.
For families providing care it can be nice to get some relief from caregiving.
You may want to stay whole days or just a few hours each week. Our minimum stay is three hours per day.
Hospice Care
Gundersen Harmony Care Center partners with Hospice care providers such as Gundersen Hospice, ProMedica Hospice, St. Croix Hospice, and Mayo Clinic Health System Hospice to ensure and enhance the quality of life for those people who qualify for the hospice program. Hospice provides additional care, equipment, services and support to our residents, and to their families.
