Stephanie took a COMPLETE history, including eating habits, exercise, stress level, sleep patterns, social relationships and then a health history. After that, she gave me a complete physical exam. Then she explained the test I took and the meaning of the results. Finally she offered the reason for my leg pain. She took all the time I needed.

All my questions were answered and I received great information.

Ms Grove is terrific as a medical provider. I look forward to additional care in the future. Great!

Everything past the parking lot was Excellent in facilities and staff. However, I had to drive around in circles underground to finally find a parking spot that I could park. My Silverado pickup is apparently not built to park in your tight quarters. Which you had a big lot to park in at least. But I'll keep coming...

Very great people

Stephanie seemed to have a prior knowledge of my Medical History which is something that I don't see often anymore. It made the visit much more productive because I didn't have to explain all of my symptoms. I was also pleased with the joint effort between the Dr. and the receptionist for setting up a referral for me that I was just contacted about. Overall, a very informative and productive day.

Stephanie is very knowledgeable in her field. She answers all my questions and has been a very big help to me in my health care.

Provider seemed more "rushed" at this appointment than usual. My appointment was at 3:30 and she may have come across that way because of lateness in the day and perhaps running behind schedule. Having been employed in the medical world I can appreciate that.

Only problem I had was the 90 minute wait between seeing the nurse and seeing the P A. Otherwise I was comfortable with these people.

I was amazed how I was treated. Stephanie Grove was outstanding and listening to me and answering every question and making me understand everything that I wanted to know and everything I should know. When I left there I had an understanding of what was going on was unbelievable. The follow-up she said she will be doing unbelievable again. The doctor explain things in terms that I could understand, told me what signs to look for if there were any changes in my condition, which would point to a problem so that I could make an appointment sooner than what she had scheduled. She set my mind at ease, and I left feeling more relaxed than I have in the last few weeks. I trust Gundersen health completely with My Care.
