Great provider!

I have always received an exceptionally positive experience with providers with Gundersen Healthcare services.

Dr. McNeilly was wonderful! She could probably sense that I was nervous, but she kept me laughing/chatting the whole time to distract me. She explained everything to me as it was happening and made sure I was comfortable the whole time, apologizing for any discomfort regularly. I will absolutely request to see her next time because I know that even if I'm anxious, she'll be cracking jokes and making me feel safe! 11/10!

Yes, I was a little nervous about the entire thing. It was much less painful than it could have been, partly because I was allowed to, she listened to me and it hurt when I walked across the floor. So she let me keep my shoes on, which seems like not a big deal, but it was a big deal to me. I thought she was very understanding and I appreciate her recommendation to visit a gynecologist, a gastronomist. So thank you very much.

I felt like this provide really listened to me, was caring and empathetic, and provided me with enough information to really understand what was going on. I went into the appointment very nervous but her care put me at ease.

Sarah was amazing! She made me feel so secure and safe and reassured though I was very anxious about the biopsy procedure.

Very friendly and professional staff.

The medical assistant must have been having a bad day because she was rude cold and stand off-ish. She's the first person you talk to in the clinic and some people are coming in really worried or scared. It was honestly unacceptable and uncomfortable. Sarah was wonderful though. I felt cared for by her.

Sarah was absolutely wonderful. The fertility journey can be very long , isolating, but as soon as she came into the room - my husband , I knew she truly cared , understood us. She was so thorough , knowledgeable, but also gave us the space to ask any questions or share any thoughts or concerns we had. I truly felt reassured that we made the right choice in seeing someone who specializes in fertility , made us feel validated , comfortable with our journey looks like in the weeks to come!

office visit was great. i did have difficulties with check in. The app did not check me in so i went to the front desk. they said they checked me in but i was waiting for 23 minutes. when i checked the app it said i wasn't checked in, so i did it virtually and the office staff was out to get me working a few minutes. the woman at the front desk was not very pleasant.

Sarah was amazing. I would highly recommend her. I felt she took time in answering my questions and concerns as she could. I appreciated her talking with me during a painful procedure to make me more at ease.

I felt heard and well supported! I feel confident after our appointment.

Was thankful for being seen so quickly and felt my concerns were handled very professionally, competently and compassionately.

Everyone was very patient and kind despite my being 15 min late for my appointment. And all my questions were answered.

Sarah McNeilly had a student with her to observe which is a very good thing for having more nurses to care for us. The nurse who checked me in the treatment room had done so on a couple of previous visits so she also did her job well and was very friendly.

I arrived early and was called back before my scheduled appointment time which was nice. My provider was very informative and I left feeling more at ease with my medical issue when I left.

It was our first time meeting with Dr. McNeilly and we were so impressed with both her knowledge and the care she provided! She was able to answer our questions and help us get clear on next steps all while making us feel at home. We really appreciate her and her time!

I was truly nervous for this appointment but all of the staff was incredibly kind, personable, and immediately put me at ease. My provider was knowledgeable but provided the information in ways I understood. She was so helpful with all of my questions and was understanding of all of my concerns.

I had a procedure done and she not only made me feel safe but like I was a real person and she cared about me.

Everything was great. I felt listened to and respected by Sarah. I wish the person who checked me out and rescheduled my appointment was a bit more friendly and kind. I had some scheduling conflicts and felt like a burden because I was asking about different availability in two locations. Overall though, great visit.

Sarah is always personable, friendly and cheerful. She remembers you from visit to visit. I would recommend her to any and all of my friends.

It honestly felt like she was reading off a script. I don't think provider's realize how much time and money we spend on a 10 min appt. I had to take off work and im sure it'll cost about 400$ out of pocket for that appt. Sometimes being a little personable is nice. She isn't the person doing my surgery, so it isn't a big deal, but I brought up a concern and she kind of glazed over it and didn't ask me any more questions about it. It was a gyn question, but ill just bring my concern to my pcp.

Everything was done effectively, clean/fresh all around feeling. in and out on time.

Visit felt rushed. Didn't get the sense of compassion I usually get from her.

I was able to get in and get seen within a few hours which was nice because I was not able to get in with my PCP or that department for days. I was in and out and treated in less than 40 minutes. I was highly impressed with the care I received and I will be be back to see her again when I need to have my IUD replaced. I felt comfortable and she was easy to talk to and she was able to address my issues right away.

Everyone is very efficient.
