Gundersen Wabasha has been very good to work with. Staff treats us with respect and are always very kind. My son has a chronic mental illness and needs labs every 28 day for medication monitoring and for the most part, the appointments have been a good experience. He feels welcome and comfortable when he is there. Pharmacy staff have been awesome also. Gundersen Wabasha is a great health facility. Thank you for your service.

It took extra time for Becky as she wasn't able to order the correct labs to begin with so had to get them ordered for my health screen.

I brought up mental health issues, pmdd, and there was no course of action. I was also in for a physical and didn't even receive a breast exam.

A bit confusing with some of the changes in procedures but staff always courteous and helpful.
