Dr McKenney is amazing! I highly recommend her. Very knowledgeable, remembered me well from my last visit and had a plan in place to cover any complications that might arise.

Everyone was excellent. Check in and out may need more help. There was a line of 3 or more people in both instances.

It was an very informative office visit. She answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable.

Dr. McKenney was great. It was my first appt transitioning from pediatrics to adult. She was kind and caring. She was helpful and gave me ideas and goals to work on.

I so appreciate the time and attention I always receive from Dr.McKenney. She always takes the time to address any questions or concerns I have about my health. I was a little disappointed that I wasn't able to see Dr. McKenney for my original appointment. I am currently undergoing radiation therapy for breast cancer and I arrived 10 minutes late for my original appointment. This was after my radiation team reworked their schedule to get me in a little sooner so that I could get to my appointment with Dr. McKenney. I explained this to the people at the desk but they still told me I was too late for my appointment. I was glad that I was able to get in with Dr. McKenney fairly soon, however, the experience of being turned away at my first appointment was disappointing. With all of this said, I have nothing but the best to say about Dr. McKenney. She is an excellent provider.

Dr Rachel McKenney gave me lots of time to discuss my issues and was very good at giving me confidence that my concerns will be addressed and I will be in good hands on the future.

Dr. McKenney is one of your best Drs. She is knowledgeable and friendly. Always has a good answer and has made a huge difference in my care.

Dr.McKenney is so good with my needle phobia. She's so patient, kind, and compassionate with me, not once making me feel embarrassed or ashamed. I've never had a doctor make me feel so understood before. She is so good with making sure I understand everything. Can't say enough good things about Dr. McKenney.

My only issue with this department is the use of MyChart. The staff are super unresponsive with messaging and it is frustrating when looking for a med change.

Always feel comfortable, respected in this department. Dr. Mckenny is amazing .

Overall always pleased with this service. Seems I consistently wait 30 to 45 min in the exam room after the MA is finished before Dr McKenney arrives. Seems rather long.

My appt in the the Endo dept was amazing. The doc was kind, smart, and empathetic. I left the appt feeling good about myself and my health. The doctor could give lessons to other providers on how one is supposed to treat patients. She deserves recognized and a raise.

She brings me up to date on what is new out there to work with diabetes. Very appreciated her information.

I appreciate the honest conversations with acknowledgements that sometimes there is no clear path but that one of the paths is keeping up with the most recent medical developments. It helps just knowing you're doing the best you can

The follow up appointments through nuclear imaging have not been set up yet. The receptionist said it could take up to two weeks for them to call me to make an appointment. I do not understand why it would take that long to make an appointment even if the appointment is several months out.

Dr McKenny was thorough and very professional. She was very knowledgeable about me and my symptoms and I feel that she is very invested in helping me to feel my best. She was very worth the 6 month plus wait to see her.

Sometimes the equipment they are supposed to use does not work!! For example it seems at least half the time when they are trying to download information from my insulin pump it doesn't work. It's the cord or a new access code or the system is down etc. Very frustrating for them and me!!

I was disappointed in how the registration gal greeted me. It's like I was bothering her. She never smiled and was quite short with me.
