Dr Bassett is a wonderful and caring doctor.

My appointment was very delayed which wasn't great for a first appointment with a new provider but I did really like her. She listened to me and knew my case history. She takes the time needed with each patient. I did schedule my next appointment early in the morning so she wouldn't be so far behind. I definitely will continue to use her as my primary provider.

Thanks to all the friendly and hard working women who make the experience of seeking care so fruitful.

1st time seeing Dr. Bassett. She took a lot of time to listen to me and ask informed questions. I really felt taken care of by her and the staff.

It sure would be nice if you could get the practitioner that you signed on with an appointment with when you're in need instead of seeing another practitioner that you are not familiar with.

Dr. Bassett treated me with empathy and respect. She was highly informative and helped me maintain hope with my current chronic pain and injury. I will be establishing her as a primary care physician. If all doctors were like her, patients would be stronger advocates for their own health because she is very skilled in teaching while simultaneously empowering her patients.

One hour wait to see the provider. If they are running that far behind it would be nice to been informed.

I love my provider. She knows my history and genuinely cares about me .

This was our first visit with Dr. Bassett. She is personable, professional, and engaging. Our family feels very confident in her knowledge and care.

The follow up call to schedule a colonoscopy was never attempted, as I was told it would be. I have left a message with general surgery to call me back.

It took way to long for the Doctor to get to the examining room. 45 minutes from the appointment is way to long to be waiting.

Dr Bassett spends plenty of time with you and never seems rushed. Nothing is more important than this.

Dr Bassett is exceptional and goes beyond to make sure you are treated and offers self care options. I feel more confident and reassured after my visits.

I am always treated with Kindness and respect. My Provider always goes above and way beyond her title. Is is nice to know I can trust her with my care.

I had to wait 35 minutes over my scheduled time, so not impressed with that. Otherwise the appointment was good.

Dr Bassett is an extraordinary MD and human being. She is very friendly and honest while also being professional and knowledgeable. I'm thankful for her. I drive 2 hours to get to her in Viroqua even though we moved over a year ago.

Not Dr Bassett's fault, but I have pneumonia and feel very poorly. She was called away to the hospital, so there I sat. She was wonderful, but with how I felt and trying to relax in the exam room chairs was not comfortable. I wanted to curl up on the floor. I understand triage and obviously the other patient took precedence. Perhaps a staffing issue if only one doctor is covering both the clinic and the hospital.

All my appts went very well. I had received lots of good information. Thank you!

Dr Bassett is always exceptional. She goes above and beyond every time she treats me. I won't go to anyone else unless absolutely necessary. Thank you for having her as your staff.

I could switch to a doctor that lives closer to me, but I can't imagine seeing anyone other than Dr. Bassett. She listens, she understands, she informs, she shares.

Please turn the air up! The exam room was so hot I almost stepped out. Dr Bassett is awesome. Arriving 15 minutes before my appointment is a complete waste of my time. I've done this multiple times and I end up wasting MY time sitting for 15 minutes until my appointment time. I am going back to arriving 5 minutes before like I used to. If you have issues with people, deal with them, not the masses.

Excellent care! Dr. Bassett cares about her patients and makes them feel comfortable. Highly recommend her!

I really like my provider and trust her, but seems I always wait 45 min to an hour to be seen. My time is valuable, too

My doctor Dr. Bassett has got to be the best doctor in the whole Gundersen system. She is just on top of everything. She's wonderful, great personality makes you feel comfortable with what you're doing, how you were doing it, and how often you need to have it done. I would recommend Dr. Bassett to anybody, she's just a wonderful wonderful person. I wish you had more doctors, just like her because you, I don't think you can get any better than Dr. Bassett.
