When I told Phillip that I was experiencing pain in my arm, he told me there is no way I could be because there isn't a nerve there. I was worried that someone thing serious could be going on in my arm because of the lump and Phillip did explain what it could be however told me he could do nothing about it, and if I ran to other providers they are all going to tell me the same thing. I do agree that this is a small problem but I just felt like the situation could have been handled with more respect and instead of invalidating, he could have shown me a little more empathy.

I asked for the appointment end of day and Dr. Schwend and his nurse were done for the day but asked each other, "Have we got time for one more?" His assistant said, "sure!" and I was seen 10 minutes later.
