It is early in my search for a solution to my problem so not sure if the treatment recommended will be helpful at this point.

Wanted information to heal from cough , cold and was told to call primary care Dr! Didn't listen to see if any congestion in lungs! Little disappointed!

Receptionist was not happy, helpfull. She seemed like she didnt want to be there. No smile, or caring about her.

Disappointed only option was pt No pain relievers

Very sad that I have to pay $150 copay. I feel that is a very high copay on top of the amount I pay every month!

The MA and Paula were wonderful, welcoming, and got me in very quickly. Paula wanted to make sure I could get in as soon as possible to treat my pain and to treat me until my next procedure. I feel comfortable knowing if I have any problems, she will get back to me as soon as possible.

I wish I would have had more answers about working, and things that I can,and can't be doing at work with my back injury, but there were just a few questions that I had that I didn't get answered.

My appointment that morning was supposed to be at Gunderson's La Crosse, WI location. Unfortunately I showed up at the Onalaska location. The registration staff at both locations were very, very helpful! They were able to talk the providers to get me in. They treated me like I was right on time. I was so embarrassed.

the person who was scheduling my next appointments needs more training..it took over 30 minutes to get my next appointments...he did apologize for the wait time

Have seen this provider before and can say without a doubt that I would feel very satisifyed with the quality of care. Always feel like I can get help for my problems and they are very helpful with managing the pain it causes.

Misleading, took a long time to get an appointment and even longer for follow up. Didn't feel like I got any real answers or solution. Not sure how to message that provider like she wanted me to. Felt like it a waste of time and money.

Nothing. Just waiting for next appt. and hoping for some relief.

I wish I had been explained to about how long I have to wait for the injections I've already been waiting on a looooong time. My medication will run out long before that. (It has had a slight affect, but clearly it's only a "relief" and unhealthy for long term use.) I've no idea what to do in 2 weeks. Even with that appointment made; the "follow up" was supposed to be 2 weeks. It's set muuuuch longer after because she has no appointments open. Fabulous doctor/Horrible health care institution. You're short staffed. Per usual. I can't even work or provide for my daughters as a looooong time single mother. I've always counted on this hospital to understand and get me back to WORK. THIS SUCKS FOR MY FAMILY.

Thel doctors asst. did a good job checking me over.

I was very disappointed in the fact that I had to wait weeks for my appointment, which I understand but now I have to wait 6 weeks for treatment. No one seems concerned about how this limits my ability to live my life and enjoy it. I have a driving vacation in 2 weeks which I might have to cancel because I have a hard time sitting for long periods and they are aware of this. Even as I write this, I know nothing will change. I was an employee of Gundersen for 40 years and am so disappointed in which I wasn't shown more compassion.
