Dr. Letendre is of the best! He is competence and compassion. He listens intently and responds in ways I can understand well. I am so grateful to have him as my doctor for a medical condition that I had never heard of. Thank you, Gundersen Health System for having him in this department.

I had some questions regarding the possibility of beginning a new medication. Dr. Letendre was very patient with me and thorough in helping me make a decision.

This department is supportive and thorough. Dr. discussed diagnosis openly and honestly and has advocated for me to get needed services at Gundersen without having to wait 2-3 months.

I really like Dr. Letendre. He is a very caring doctor! Since finding out about my breast cancer, everyone who has been a part of my care team has been so thoughtful and caring. It is very important because hearing you have cancer is pretty scary and overwhelming!

Dr. Letendre listened, answered, and asked all questions and concerns I had. He also took time to explain test results and future plans for my care. My daughter and I were very impressed with him!

The Oncology department is wonderful. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

Dr. Letendre took time to explain his plan for continuing treatment, and made sure that I understood the options. He answered all of my questions and made sure that I understood that I could contact him if I had anymore questions. He was very pleasant and informative.
