In the 4 years I have been treated at the Pain Management Clinic I have had excellent care, I have told others about the clinic and the care I have received and have highly recommended the clinic and its staff to others who were experiencing pain problems.

Everyone was nice, respectful, gave correct information and very helpful.

She did not listen to what I had to say after I mentioned maybe we should try a narcotic if we are out of other options she didn't listen to anything I had to say I'm not doctor shopping I'm in excruciating pain since my last injection she didn't even set up another appointment, basically told me to leave her office

Patricia Wickert is kind and understanding and always treats me with respect, never talks down to me and is sympathetic about the pain I am in constantly.

I have been in severe nerve pain for almost 3 months following a knee ablation. It was very differently pain than I had in my knee prior to the procedure. She very kindly told me I should have come in to see her several months ago. Sometimes when you are in chronic pain you a forget what you are told during an appointment. My husband was with me in the appointment and he told Patty that I try to tough it out until I can't anymore. She put me on a prednisone regiment for 12 days. She was confident that this would tame the inflammation of the nerves. She told me this was very rare but happens. I am to notify the pain management nurses when I complete the 12 days of treatment. My husband's and my worries were put to rest. Patty put everything in writing in my Summary Report. I am so grateful for her knowledge, skills and kindness.

She provides outstanding care and understands my rather complicated history. I much appreciate her being a part of my medical team.

I am so grateful I could get in to see Patty so quickly. I only wish the injection under ultrasound would be sooner than a month away.
