X ray tech was terrific.

She is a very knowledgeable person who shared information about my upcoming knee surgery. She was very patient when we asked many, many questions and took her time to answer them in every day terms. She has great customer service skills and made us feel at ease during the appointment.

I thought everything went great. I found out I need a hip replacement. I was shocked at how long the waiting list was for the surgery!!

Knowledgeable about my condition and explained what will happen next in steps. Felt confident when I left office and assured I could call if any problems,

everyone was great! the only thing I think should be looked at is when walking up to the check-in desk that the person behind the counter waits untill you get to the counter before asking your last name. they were very courteous and would say good morning and can I have your last name about ten to fifteen feet before I got up to the counter and they did the same to everyone else that came in after me . Other than that,all was good!

The parking is a bit to be desired. The design if the clinic ramp is horrible. It is not near wide enough going into it. Extended trucks should not be able to park in the entrance ramp. It causes traffic backups when they try to leave the parking spots. Traffic coming and going gets very bogged down.

Molly and xray tech did a phenomenal job. The other ladies also that seen me. They were all presice and thorough with their evaluation. You really have good staff and don't take them for granted.

Molly explained my X-ray results and indicated what's going on with my knee. I received an injection which is what I was hoping for. 24 hours later I have almost complete pain relief.

Check in guy didn't know what he was doing. Waited 40 minutes and asked another check in lady if there was a problem. I had not been properly checked in and a nurse apologized later for the mix up.

The Orthopedics pre op sessions went very well with minimal waits.All staff were very professional and caring.

I waited in the lobby 20 minutes before I was taken for x-rays. But I was told the department was quite busy.

Molly took time to listen to my concerns, advised to call her if my symptoms do not improve in 2 weeks.

I was supposed to schedule diagnostic appointment at conclusion of my appointment. Staff up front were unable to reach the department. After waiting nearly 10 minutes on hold I was told the department would call me. The next day I called back and again was put on hold for 8 minutes. I have still been unable to schedule my appointment because no one answered the call. Very poor service. I was told by another employee that the best bet to get them would be to call back Monday at 10. Said this department is always slow but that is your best bet to get through! Really. I work to and can not stay on hold waiting.

Everyone involved was so kind and so helpful. The schedulers went above and beyond to explain and schedule the many appointments needed for the post op. I hope to continue in the future my new PA Molly. She was very impressive in the fact she reviewed my case and looked at prior X-rays.

Molly was running a little late, but the staff kept me informed and checked in on me until she arrived. I am willing to wait as long as I feel I haven't been forgotten in the exam room. I was very satisfied with my appointment.

Yes, I was very satisfied with the visit. The only thing with the with the calling back, I answer on my portable, and the voice does not enter loading off, and so that sometimes I might get unless they can idea of all the what I'm supposed to respond because I can't hear the other end. So maybe we need to improve on that. Thank you and bye now.
