Dr. Yang is amazing. He consistently goes above and beyond and is more than happy to do so. He is helpful and kind and I always know I'm in capable hands.

This was my first visit to this department so I was unsure of how things might go. I left feeling ready for my next appointment...informed and at ease.

I had questions after my appointment and called a couple of times and everyone was nice to help me and answer any questions that I had, including return phone calls.

I felt very confident after I left. He was very knowledgeable, very exact what he said, and he related well to me. And I appreciated his information and his ability. He seemed very, very on top of everything.

My primary team is at Mayo, but I have come to your rheumatology, and now neurology specialists for 2nd opinions. Also because, sometimes, I did not have to wait as long to get an appointment. I appreciate that doctors in both systems are not threatened by this and have been cooperative and encouraging.

Dr Yang really listens to me. He doesn't just placate me and then do his own agenda. I appreciate and respect him for that.

A bathroom on the floor had an extremely dirty toilet. Another bathroom had an overflowing sharps container. Only one check our person and she seemed really stressed as 4 people were waiting to check out.

The original appointment was a long ways out, I was called on a cancelation that was much more timely.

The doctor recommended I get my shot once a month but his schedule doesn't allow for this to take place.

Dr. Yang is one of the best I have had over the years. He know who I am and I don't have to explain everything over and over again.

This was the first time for appointment with Dr. Michael Yang. So, we went over lots of my medical history . Liked him alot and glad to have him as my doctor. I am very glad I chose him. I will be seeing him again in 1 yr. or sooner if I need if things change.

Really appreciated Dr Yang and all did to help me. Really listened and worked with me. My only complaint about the department is the inability to be seen. It's difficult to try to obtain care that's needed frequently, example is injections, when you can't be seen for 6 months. They don't work if you can't get in to have them done. Dr Yang is amazing and going out of his way to try to ensure I can continue with my treatment plan but will see if that will work or not.

His nurse was very standoffish

Dr. Yang is wonderful. I walked in with a terrible daily HA and left the office w/out one. My only complaint is that he is always booked out so far but that just shows how great he is.

Commenting in patient notes about medical history not in your field, and lying about it, is a crime and violates medical ethics rules. Yet your providers continue to do this.

Dr. Yang was amazing, extremely knowledgeable and understood my issue and validated the pain I've been experiencing. My only issue with my experience was the nurse who brought me back to my room. When we got back to the room, she asked me about allergies. The way she worded the question made it seem like she was asking "for allergies you take:" and listed a medication that I'm allergic to. I said no, that doesn't sound right. She repeated again and I still wasn't understanding so she flipped the computer around, pointed to the screen and with major attitude said, your allergies! I then understood she was asking about what I'm allergic to not what I'm taking for my allergies. She made me feel incompetent and dumb, she wasn't understanding or patient. Not a good way to start an appointment.

Dr. Yang was very kind and took a gentle approach with my injections. He was also helpful in answering my questions I had on preventive treatment as well as on alternative rescue meds. Highly recommend, five stars!

Dr Yang appears very knowledgeable, caring and wants to do what is good for the person he is seeing... not just a preconceived agenda. He listens and that is appreciated.
