Dr. Henry is going to retire, so he recommended another person for me. And I'm going to miss him, but he's got it all lined up for me for my next appointment. So, you're going to lose a good doctor, Dr. Henry. I wish him a lot of luck. Thank you. Goodbye.

Registration staff (female) was somewhat unfriendly, but overall helpful. Dr. Henry is so amazing and highly recommend! He listens to me and provides great medical advice and direction. I will always continue to see Dr. Henry!

Excellent! Wonderful experience! The doctor is outstanding! So impressed with his demeanor and understanding of the possibilities of the future in my case. I am completely confident that he knows how to care for me and will do his best to keep me in the best of health. I am gratefully relieved.

Prior to procedure I was taken into prep room promptly, had IV established, and had instructional meeting with nurse. Then I was left in there for 2-2.5 hours past scheduled procedure time without any further contact. No one stopped in to inform me procedure was late or to check.

I received outstanding care from the doctor. He addressed all my concerns , set up a plan for myself to follow , him to monitor. Extremely satisfied as I usually am with the individual attention I get at Gundersen Health in La Crosse.
