Dr Solum is very empathic, informative, caring and easy to talk to about my medical issues. The only thing I really don't understand is why they were trying to set up the follow-up consult after the echo so Dr. Solum could go over the results at the follow-up appointment however the results were not Back yet when I arrived to the appt. Without the results of the echo we really couldn't discuss much more than what ifs', however Dr. Solum was reassuring me that she go over the results as as as she is able to see them.

I sincerely respect my Dr. she treats me with respect. She listens to me and that and is super kind .

I'm still getting misgendered by the registration staff despite leaving feedback multiple times. There NEEDS to be an easier way to show pronouns at this hospital.

Need more than one person at reception desk after 4 pm. Waited 12 mins to hand in exit paper when I did not need to make any further appts, etc. Maybe place a basket where patients that need no further scheduling can just drop of paper.

Everything went well and Gundersen makes the experience quite easy for me to do as an elderly person.

Dr. Solum was very kind and reassuring to me and went over all my labs and tests in great detail.
