We had never been seen in pediatrics and it was such a great experience I would highly consider changing my boys care over to that department.

Everyone was amazing. The ladies at the check in/out were super friendly and helpful. The nurses that came to give my kiddos their shots really made a difference. My oldest was worked up and they calmed him and made it seem like no big deal. Megan Harwell is so attentive and willing to listen. Such a great experience. Thank you to everyone!

Staff at the check in desk could have smiled or looked a little happy to be there. I don't think I got any facial expression from the girl who checked us in. I wish the pediatric unit was updated. It looks out dated. Fear creates such a barrier for kids going to the doctor. I would love to see a pediatric unit that is bright and welcoming.
